Ten minutes of outdoor light within an hour of waking anchors the circadian clock that governs the overnight testosterone pulse. The evidence is correlational, so this is a C — but the habit costs nothing: don’t microwave food in plastic, don’t leave water bottles in a hot car, and use glass or steel for anything warm.

How long before daily habits change my testosterone?

Do I need all ten?
No. Habits one, three and four carry most of the effect. If you only ever do three things, protect your sleep, eat enough protein and fat, and lift heavy three times a week. The rest are amplifiers.
Is testosterone maximizing the same as taking a testosterone booster?
