At T-Boost Scan, we want you to be fully satisfied with your journey toward better health optimization. If our tools don’t meet your expectations, we want to make the process of requesting a refund as straightforward as possible.
1. The Apple App Store Policy
Because T-Boost Scan is distributed exclusively through the Apple App Store, all transactions—including subscriptions and one-time purchases—are processed and managed by Apple.
• We do not have the technical ability to issue refunds directly. * Apple manages all billing and holds the final authority on refund approvals based on their own Terms and Conditions.
2. How to Request a Refund
If you would like to request a refund, you must do so through Apple’s official channels:
1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
2. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
3. Tap or click “I’d like to,” then choose “Request a refund.”
4. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
5. Choose the T-Boost Scan subscription or purchase, then choose Submit.
3. Subscription Cancellations
To avoid future charges, you can cancel your subscription at any time:
• Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
• Tap your Name \> Subscriptions.
• Find T-Boost Scan and tap Cancel Subscription.
*Note: Your access to premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.*
4. Technical Issues
If you are seeking a refund due to a technical bug, a scan error, or an issue with your T-Impact Scores, please reach out to us first\! We would love the chance to fix the issue for you.
